The Thomas Paine Cottage presents local writer, musician and painter, Reginald E. Franklin, who will present a reading from his most recently published novel, “Hope Wave-Birth of a Sports Dynasty”. It is a coming-of-age story of courage and redemption about a New Rochelle youth. Together with this unique presentation will be samples of his original oil paintings of seascapes on view, accompanied by Reginald on his saxophone, playing familiar jazz classics. Signed copies of the book will be available for sale. The event will be held on our beautiful lawn. Light refreshments will be provided.
