This is the first session of a two part lecture that will focus on the American Musical Theatre through a historical perspective.
Lecturer Ed Pressman will discuss how Broadway Musicals have dealt with the critical historical and social issues of the post World War II period.
Video clips of well-loved shows will be interspersed throughout the lecture.
