Famed NYC Hair Salon To The Stars Is Relocating To New Rochelle
Hair House, known for its celebrity client list, will move its flagship salon downtown to the ground floor of a new luxury tower.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Hair House, a high-end hair salon known for its celebrity client list, including news anchor Katie Couric and actress Amanda Seales, is relocating to New Rochelle.
RXR Realty, the named master developer for downtown New Rochelle, has announced that New York-based Hair House will move its flagship from its current location in Pelham Bay in the Bronx. The salon signed a 1,200 square foot, 10-year lease to occupy the ground-floor retail space at 360 Huguenot, a newly built, 28-floor luxury residential and mixed-use retail development.
Hair House, Founded by Dana Fiore, has been in business for 5 years. The salon earned a reputation for staff providing high-style haircuts and hair color at surprisingly affordable prices. The Hair House team has over 20 years of combined experience working at the Louis Licari salon on 5th Avenue in Manhattan.

"Through direct access to public transportation and parking, we will continue servicing a large number of clientele coming from Westchester County, New Jersey, Connecticut and New York City," founder and owner of Hair House, Dana Fiore said in a statement announcing the move. “We look forward to bringing our talented team of hair experts to the New Rochelle community and keeping our promise of providing New York City quality services north of Manhattan.”
In addition to traditional haircuts, styling and coloring, the new location will include space for wrap-around services, including massages, facials, and skin care treatments. The new location also enticed the business away from its Bronx home with a combination of high ceilings and large windows, exposing natural light and creating a modern and fresh feel for the trendy and fashionable business.

“Hair House’s relocation to New Rochelle reflects a larger trend of small businesses moving to Westchester due to affordability, a growing customer base and easy access to transit,” RXR Realty VP Whitney Arcaro said announcing the deal.
The 360 Huguenot Tower is just a five-minute walk from the New Rochelle train station where Grand Central Terminal can be reached in 30 minutes. After the completion of the MTA’s East Side Access project, New Rochelle’s train station will also offer commuters access to Penn Station in Manhattan.
