Yonkers, NY—Jerome Wilson is accused of shooting a man in cold blood in August of last year. Now, the FBI Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force and the Yonkers Police Department are offering a substantial reward for any tips that might help law enforcement to nab this wanted fugitive. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5000 for information leading to his arrest.

Investigators say Wilson shot and killed victim Chazz Mitchell near Oak Street in Yonkers. When Wilson was last spotted, his hair was in dreadlocks and he was sporting a goatee, but law enforcement says he may have since shaved his head and beard to once again change his appearance. Yonkers detectives believe Wilson has strong ties to Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle and Poughkeepsie. It is also thought that he has close family and associates in Albany and Niagara Falls, as well as Fayetteville, NC and Scranton, PA.

Wilson should be considered armed and dangerous. Any members of the public with information about Wilson’s whereabouts or information about the August 25, 2020 shooting are asked to contact the FBI at 212-384-1000.
