Former Avalon Building Sold in New Rochelle
If the sale goes through, the new owner will have two high-rise apartment buildings in the downtown area.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Boston company is buying a 25-story tower in downtown New Rochelle.
DSF Group is in contract with current owner Hartz Mountain Industries to buy La Rochelle, located at 255 Huguenot St., according to westfaironline.com.
DSF already owns the other former-Avalon apartment building—Halstead New Rochelle Metro North—at 40 Memorial Highway.
