Free Holiday Parking In New Rochelle
The free offer is available in all lots controlled by either meters or pay-by-space machines, with some exceptions.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A holiday tradition in the City of New Rochelle is being repeated this year. To promote holiday shopping in the city, two hours of free parking is being offered in certain municipal lots.
The free parking began Dec. 1 and will continue until Dec. 31.
Normal parking regulations will resume Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019.

Off-street parking fees will be waived in all lots controlled by either meters or pay-by-space machines, excluding the New Roc City Garage, the New Rochelle Transit Center and all permit parking areas.
