Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued for Friday
The National Weather Service forecasts conditions for southeast New York, which includes Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for southeast New York on Friday that warns of dry conditions that could “enhance” fires.
GROWTH AND SPREAD OF ANY FIRES MAY BE ENHANCED FRIDAY AFTERNOON BY WEST WINDS GUSTING TO 20 TO 30 MPH...AND RELATIVE HUMIDITIES DROPPING BETWEEN 20 AND 30 PERCENT.
