He Took Hot Car On PA To Westchester 'Test Drive,' Cops Say
New Rochelle police say they found other people's credit cards and phones in the stolen vehicle, along with a loaded magazine for a 9mm gun.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Bronx man arrested in New Rochelle took a car on a test drive in Pennsylvania and never went back, police said.
New Rochelle police say that on Monday, around 11 p.m., officers located a stolen vehicle near the intersection of Huguenot and Division Streets.
The vehicle, which had been stolen from Hanover Township, Pennsylvania earlier that day, was stolen by 22-year-old Christopher Tejeda-Santiago, when he took it for a "test drive," police said.

Police found several credit cards and cellphones not belonging to Tejeda-Santiago in the car, in addition to a loaded ammunition magazine for a 9mm gun.
Tejada-Santiago was charged with felony third degree criminal possession of stolen property, and felony third degree criminal possession of a weapon.
