NEW ROCHELLE, NY — "This is no time for apathy or complacency," Martin Luther King, Jr. famously said. "This is a time for vigorous and positive action."

There are plenty of upcoming chances to help tend to our democracy close to the roots. Several public meetings are scheduled for this week in New Rochelle.
