Hudson Valley Weather: Snow Accumulation Estimates Change For Saturday
This weekend's snow forecast keeps changing and here's the latest.

Forecasts have rolled back snow accumulation estimates for Saturday, but the National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the entire region.
For Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties, meteorologists are now saying there could be 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow from this afternoon through tonight.
For Dutchess and Ulster counties, there could be less than a half inch of snow Saturday afternoon and possibly an additional inch overnight.

Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather said calling what is going to come through the region a “storm” is a bit of an overreach.
“This storm system isn’t a well-organized system that we’re able to track over a long distance,” he said. “Instead, this system is very weak, and will change structure over the top of the Hudson Valley on Saturday.”
