KY Derby: SI Swimsuit Cover Model Hannah Davis at Empire City Casino

Churchill Downs in Louisville won’t be the only track with celebrity luster for Saturday’s Kentucky Derby. Hannah Davis, the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model, will host Empire City Casino’s Kentucky Derby festivities on Saturday, May 2nd, trackside at historic Yonkers Raceway (810 Yonkers Avenue).

The Derby Day extravaganza will take place on the raceway apron, and the party gets started at 3:00 pm. The bikini-clad bombshell, who appeared in her third Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition this year, will meet and greet fans, take pictures, and sign autographs. Food and drink specials will be available during the party as well as music from DJ LAX. This is a free event, and ends at 7:00 pm.

Davis, the 24-year-old girlfriend of legendary Yankee player Derek Jeter, will join harness driver Tyler Buter, WVOX Radio personality John Marino, and WAG Magazine’s Georgette Gouveia on the blue-ribbon panel selecting the winner of Empire City’s annual “Fancy Derby Hat Contest”. The contest will be held trackside as part of the festivities and a grand prize of $750 will be awarded at 5:00 pm.

Post time for the 141st running of the Kentucky Derby is at 6:24 pm, and simulcast wagering is available at various locations in the facility. The first 700 Empire Club Members to visit the main Promotions Booth beginning at 4:00 pm will receive a free $2 exacta box wager on the Kentucky Derby. Additionally, party-goers can enjoy watching the exciting race live on 80 inch TVs.

Post time for Yonkers Raceway’s live harness racing program begins at 7:10 pm.
