Last Chance: Public Comments at New Rochelle City Council
Our 'Last Chance' feature lets you know about important upcoming deadlines.

Got something to get off your chest? Something the City Council needs to know about?
At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the City Council will open the floor for Citizens to Be Heard, the monthly public comment session which is part of the council's agenda. The council meeting begins at 3:45 p.m.
Generally, the council will get updates on projects and proposals and discuss pending legislation at the first meeting of the month. Then—again, usually—the council members will vote on the legislation at the second meeting of the month.

So now is your chance to voice your opinion on such things as a memorandum of understanding to develop Echo Bay, what the first order of business is for the reuse of Davids Island, a pilot program for new parking meters in the downtown area and what is to become of the Armony.
While you can always drop a letter in the mail or shoot off an e-mail, you wont' get another chance to "tell it like it is" until May's first meeting.
