No dancing experience necessary! Ellie and her group will teach you all. Come have fun at the Y and help suppport our Be A Lifesaver fundraiser at the same time.

ABOUT ELEANOR D. MINOR
Eleanor D. Minor (Ellie) likes to say she has two lives. Her “first life” involved working as an Administrator and Manager for various Health Centers and Hospitals for most of her adult life.
When she was laid off at the age of 60 and LOST 100 POUNDS (!), her “second life” began. Ellie and her partner, Jay McKenzie, founded the Black Forum Singles (now called Single Source Productions). This “not just for singles” membership organization is a social group that helps individuals over 50 learn how to enjoy a high quality and healthy lifestyle despite the aging process.
Ellie began teaching Line Dancing 20 years ago and hasn’t stopped since! Her group, “The Marvelous Minors”, performs interactive, motivating and FUN Line Dancing shows throughout the New York area, and we are thrilled that she will now be bringing her special talent to the New Rochelle Y!
