Marcia Kahn Exhibits New Dreamcatchers and Kahnstructions At Kanner-Kerzon Museum In New Rochelle

Each object in the show combines Marcia's own handcrafted and painted figures with remarkable collected and found materials.

From Temple Beth-EL: Please Join TEMPLE BETH-EL in celebrating the work of Marcia Kahn at the Artist Reception on Sunday October 22. The art exhibit, her 4 th at the Kanner-Kurzon Museum, will feature Dreamcatchers and other mixed-media “Kahnstructions” that she has recently created. If you have seen her previous exhibits you will note that her style and vibrant colors have not changed as she starts her 96 th year as an “Artist and Explorer”. Her art involves clowns, circus acrobats and other characters created by incorporating various geometric shapes and found objects.

Each object in the show combines Marcia's own handcrafted and painted figures with remarkable collected and found materials into a unique and ingenious composition. The entire proceeds from the sale of any of the artwork will be donated to Temple Beth El, an added incentive to visit and purchase a Kahnstruction for your very own.

The public is invited to the Artist’s Reception Sunday, October 22, 2:00-4:30 PM. The museum can be visited on all other days while the synagogue is open. Temple Beth El is located at 1324 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10804.
