Menacing With A Gun Arrest At The Broccoli Smoke Shop On North Avenue
The 21- year-old suspect had left the scene of the crime before police arrived, but returned to the shop a short time later, cops said.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A dispute in the Broccoli Smoke Shop turned felonious, according to police, who say a suspect was arrested when he returned to the scene of the crime.
The New Rochelle Police Department says that on Tuesday, around 6 p.m., officers were called to the shop on North Avenue after a report of a menacing with a handgun.
The incident reportedly started as an argument between Isaiah Sutton and the business owner.

By the time officers arrived on the scene, Sutton had already fled the area, but shortly before 7:30 p.m., police received a call that he had returned. Police returned to the area and arrested the 21-year-old without incident.
He was in possession of a small, silver 9mm handgun, according to police.

Sutton was charged with felony second degree menacing with a weapon and felony second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
