Metro-North's Labor Day Holiday Schedule
The weekend schedule adds some "Early Getaway" trains.
Metro-North’s Labor Day Holiday Service (Fri., Sept. 4-Mon., Sept. 7) features Early Getaway trains on Friday, Sept. 4, and Sunday service on Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 7), according to officials.
The extra getaway trains will run on the Harlem, Hudson and New Haven Lines between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday from Grand Central Terminal.
Saturday’s and Sunday’s rail arrivals and departures call for a regular weekend schedule, and Monday will feature a Sunday schedule.
