HUDSON VALLEY, NY — 2021 was a year of extreme weather in the Hudson Valley, from crippling snowstorms to deadly heatwaves and a natural disaster that has communities still trying to recover into the new year. Meanwhile, local leaders are getting serious about reacting to climate change.
