Multi-Agency Sting Leads To Ghost Gun Arrest In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — An investigation involving federal, county and city law enforcement resulted in a "ghost gun" arrest in New Rochelle on Thursday evening.
Shortly after 6 p.m., New Rochelle police made an arrest of a suspect who was in possession of multiple handguns, including one with no serial number — often referred to as a "ghost gun." The arrest was the culmination of a joint investigation with the Westchester County Police Conditions Unit and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
New Rochelle Police Department detectives arrested Paul Pisani at his John Alden Road home. The 58-year-old is charged with criminal possession of a firearm.
