My Salon Suite To Open Latest Outlet In New Rochelle Strip Mall

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A unique salon concept that provides private space for independent salon and beauty professionals is expanding to New Rochelle.

My Salon Suite will open its first New Rochelle location at Simone Development’s 80 Nardozzi Place shopping center.

My Salon Suite has signed a 7,345-square-foot lease at the retail property at the strip mall, according to Simone Development. My Salon Suite already has over 200 locations in the U.S. The group said its latest location is poised to continue expanding on their brand and their goal to revolutionize the salon industry.

"My Salon Suite was attracted to 80 Nardozzi Place due to its convenient location, plentiful parking and design details including remarkable 25' clear ceiling heights and signage along I-95," Simone Development VP Joanna Simone said in a statement announcing the agreement. "We are excited to welcome My Salon Suite to this space in New Rochelle."

The My Salon Suite of New Rochelle location will feature 34 luxury suites that will be available to licensed independent cosmetology professionals. The complex will offer fully furnished, move-in ready salon space.

In addition to the salon space, tenants will have immediate access to business resources, including free Square scheduling and point-of-sale software. A state-of-the-art security system will allow tenants secure, 24-hour access and peace of mind that only colleagues and your clients can enter the facility, according to the company.

The new location will be the third in southern Westchester, with other facilities already open in White Plains and Yonkers.

The 80 Nardozzi Place complex is a commercial property with 440,000 square feet of retail space, according to the developers. The property underwent a complete façade renovation in 2020. There is still 16,500 square feet of retail space available for lease at the property, according to David Scotto of RM Friedland — the exclusive leasing agent for 80 Nardozzi.
