This will be the first in a series of town hall meetings intended to foster greater communications between the district and the community.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Board of Education is inviting the community to its Back to School Kickoff Town Hall meeting next week. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in the Whitney M. Young Jr. Auditorium at New Rochelle High School, 265 Clove Road in New Rochelle.

Board of Education President Jeffrey Hastie will moderate the session, which will be the first in a series of town hall meetings intended to foster greater communications between the School District and the community.

“The Board of Education is looking forward to having an open dialogue with the community with this series of Town Hall meetings,” he said. “Together, with the New Rochelle community, we will continue to make our school district a top school district in New York State.”
