New Rochelle City Hall Update On Services
Some departments set up phone numbers that will be in operation during normal business hours.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle sent out its latest update on city services during the new coronavirus outbreak.
City Hall Update- March 17
New Rochelle City Hall remains closed, but to accommodate urgent inquiries for information and services, departments have set up the following phone numbers that will be in operation during normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM

Exemption applications, due by May 1, should be mailed to: New Rochelle Assessor’s Office, 515 North Ave. NR NY 10801 or email: DWhittem@Newrochelleny.com

Information and online payment available at VIEW/PAY TAX BILLS ON LINE link on www.newrochelleny.com. E-check payments are at NO CHARGE; payment by credit cards will be charged a fee.

Additionally:
- Sanitation collection continues on a regular schedule for garbage and recycling
- Police, Fire, and Emergency Services are uninterrupted
- Parks remain open, and playgrounds are being regularly cleaned by parks staff
- Metered parking enforcement is suspended Citywide until further notice
City Manager Charles Strome said, “These are unprecedented and challenging times for our community, but we are doing our best to safeguard our public, provide vital services, and keep an open line of connection for questions and concerns.”
