New Rochelle Considers Amending 'Large Scale Retail' Ordinance

New Rochelle officials are considering an amendment to the city code to allow banks in Large Scale Retail zones.

The City Council will listen to public comments on the matter during a hearing this evening, Oct. 7, in City Hall.
