New Rochelle Election 2015 Results: Winner Called in Mayoral Race

Updated: With 61 of 76 precincts reporting at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson was called the winner in his re-election bid over James A. O’Toole, according to Fios1News and unofficial results.
Bramson held 64 percent of the vote - or 4,793 - to O’Toole’s 36 percent - 2,734.
In other city races, Barry Fertel defeated Jeffrey Hastie for the District 5 Council seat, 1,378 to 962. Other contested Council races remained too close to call.
