New Rochelle Firefighters Beat City's Police Officers in Basketball, 68-60

The game was a charity event benefiting The Monroe Foundation from Monroe College.

After last year’s loss to our brothers in blue, New Rochelle firefighters got a little payback in this 3rd annual Battle of the Badges basketball game, winning 68 to 60. Fire lead most of the game and held off a late comeback by the police. Sponsored by Monroe College, all proceeds will go to The Monroe Foundation charity. Fire Lieutenant Joe Pierotti was the leading scorer in the game with 27 points.
