New Rochelle Holds Police Department Promotion Ceremony

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle held a promotional ceremony recently for its police department.

Five members of the New Rochelle Police Department were promoted to a high rank:

They are as follows:

• Sergeant Adam Castiglia promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
• Lieutenant Brian Fagan promoted to the rank of Detective Supervisor.
• Sergeant Myron Joseph promoted to the rank of Detective Supervisor.
• Detective Keith Murphy promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
• Police Officer Edward Martinez will be known as Police Officer on Assignment.
