New Rochelle Library Open To Area Residents For Heat, Recharging
A spokeswoman said the WiFi is fast and there are plenty of public computers.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Public Library is open for business Monday. Area residents who are without heat or electricity are welcome to come to the main library, located at 1 Library Plaza, Lawton and Huguenots streets, in New Rochelle. The library never lost power during the nor'easter.
A spokeswoman said there are numerous outlets available for charging devices, as well as fast WiFi and many public computers.
Parking is available off Lawton Street or Memorial Highway.

The hours for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday the library is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
