New Rochelle Man Accused Of Drunken Driving On Interstate
The New York State Police pulled the man over in the town of Harrison on I-287.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A New Rochelle man was accused of drunken driving while on the interstate.
The New York State Police said a car, driven by Ernest B. Bolden, 63, of New Rochelle, was stopped shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Police said Bolden was found to be intoxicated.

He was taken into custody and processed at the Tarrytown barracks where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.20 percent.
Bolden was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court Jan. 4.
