SOMERS, NY — State Police in Troop K said they removed 23 impaired drivers from public roadways over the July 13, 2019, weekend. One was a New Rochelle man in Somers.
On July 13, State Police from SP Somers arrested German Manzo, 45, of New Rochelle, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Tomahawk Street in Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
