New Rochelle Man Arrested in Somers on Weapon, Drunk Driving Charges
He was initially pulled over for speeding on Route 100.

A New Rochelle man faces multiple charges after being stopped for speeding in Somers Saturday.
New York State Police said Davian Dennis also allegedly had a loaded gun, without a permit, in his car. And police said he was intoxicated.
Troopers stopped Dennis on Route 100 when he was pulled over.

Police said a loaded Taurus .357 Magnum revolver was in the vehicle at the time of Dennis’ arrest. There was no permit for the weapon.
Dennis was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

He was arraigned in the Town of Somers Justice Court and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
