New Rochelle Man Arrested For Stealing 3 Semi-Trailers Of Goods: NYSP
The value of the goods in the surreptitious haul of stolen property totaled more than $250,000, according to New York State Police.
YONKERS, NY —New York State Police have arrested a 27-year-old New Rochelle man in connection with a brazen crime akin to highway robbery.
Kelvin Garcia Liriano, of New Rochelle, was charged with three felony counts of grand larceny 2nd degree.
Troopers said that on April 17, Liriano allegedly stole three semi-trailers of consumable goods from the tandem lot located on the NYS Thruway, I-87 northbound, in the city of Yonkers.

The value of the goods stolen totaled more than $250,000, according to police.
The New York State Police Troop K Bureau of Criminal Investigation Cortlandt and Hawthorne, investigators from the Westchester County DA’s Office, and detectives from the Yonkers and New Rochelle Police Departments, conducted a long-term investigation since the April incident, resulting in Liriano's arrest.

Garcia Liriano was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
