New Rochelle Man Faces DWI, Weapons Charges in Columbia County

State troopers stopped him for failing to dim his high beams.

State Police from Livingston arrested Ljuban Milic, of New Rochelle Oct. 14 for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Driving While Intoxicated.

Milic was stopped by police on Route 82 for failing to dim his high beams to on-coming traffic. In the course of their investigation, troopers allege they found him to unlawfully possess a .22 caliber handgun.

Milic was arraigned in the Town of Gallatin Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
