NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Voters in New Rochelle approved the City School District of New Rochelle proposed budget for the 2017-18 school year. There were 2,035 votes for the budget and 719 against.
The budget package was $259,622,488, up 2.34 percent from the current year’s spending plan.
Amy Moselhi and Paul Warhit were elected to serve five-year terms on the board of trustees.
