New Rochelle, PD Sued For Wrongful Arrest
The man's lawyer said there was no address mentioned in an order of protection.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle and its police department have been sued by a man who is saying he was wrongfully arrested. Jason Disisto said, in the lawsuit filed Jan. 14 in Westchester County Court, that police took him into custody after an anonymous call saying he violated an order of protection.
The lawsuit said that, in spite of the woman Disisto was supposed to stay away from being in Connecticut and not the New Rochelle home, he was arrested, the Journal News reported.
Disisto's lawyer said that the order of protection didn't include an address and the police were remiss in not getting all the facts before making an arrest.
