New Rochelle Photographer to Celebrate Grand Opening of Five38 Main
New Rochelle native Aaron Kershaw will be joined by New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson to celebrate the reopening of his photography studio.
On May 14, New Rochelle native and sought-after photographer Aaron Kershaw will be joined by New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson and other city and Westchester County officials as they cut the ribbon at 4:30 p.m. to celebrate the reopening of his photography studio Five38Main.
Kershaw’s relocation to the historic Woolworth building, located at 538 Main Street, gives him the opportunity to expand his specialties, which include event, headshot, family portrait, wedding photography and commercial projects.
The New Rochelle High School graduate and former Marine is known for being a photorealist and for capturing his client’s most precious moments. In addition to his signature work, Kershaw’s portfolio includes an array of environmental portraits, studio portraitures and boudoir images.

The converted 3,700-square-foot space will also allow Kershaw to expand his video production service, which includes the creation of public service announcements, documentaries and the filming of municipal events.
His past experience includes producing video content for the web, as early as 1997, filming business events across Westchester and serving as one of the technical directors at About.com. He also was the Host/Producer for On The Inside Radio Program, WVOX AM/WRTN FM for 8 years.

Website creation and social media and Internet marketing are among the other services that Kershaw will be offering from his new location.
Visitors are encouraged to take a tour of the studio following the grand opening, which will take place at 4 p.m., and will include an array of food and refreshments from local New Rochelle restaurants.
Event sponsors include: the Chamber of Commerce of New Rochelle, Habitat for Humanity of Westchester, Alvin & Friends Restaurant, Texas Roadhouse, AJ’s Burgers, Spectators Sports Pub, DP Printing & Graphics, Inc., Dudley’s Parkview Restaurant, The Beechmont Tavern, R Patisserie Cafe & Tea Boutique and The Curtain Shop.
At 6 p.m., Kershaw is hosting a class on “How to Maximize Your Cell Phone Camera,” and will be taking appointments for headshot/portrait sessions. Discount certificates will be available at the studio.
