UPDATE: Missing New Rochelle 6-Year-Old Found Safe
The search began Wednesday afternoon on Pelham Road.
Update at 3:29 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015: Giovanni Marin reportedly was found safe Wednesday afternoon by White Plains police. He had been at a movie theater.
Original story: New Rochelle police Wednesday afternoon were actively searching for missing 6-year-old Giovanni Marin in the area of Pelham Road, according to reports.
The circumstances surrounding his disappearance were not immediately disclosed, but police had called in aerial helicopter support to assist with the search.
