New Rochelle Youth Council Taking Applications
The deadline for submitting an application is October 17.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle residents in eighth through 11th grade are welcome to apply to become members of the Youth Council.
Formed in 1993, the council has sponsored numerous community service events and projects.
It represents the city at conferences throughout the state and interacts with other youth groups in Westchester County.

The application, which can be found here, requires an essay explaining why you want to become a member of the Youth Council and two letters of reference.
The deadline for submission is Monday October 17, 2016.
