New Waterfront Community Breaks Ground In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Ground was broken Wednesday, Oct. 11 for a new $100 million, 72-unit luxury waterfront residential community located on Long Island Sound in New Rochelle. City officials joined National Realty & Development Corp. to mark the occasion. Located on the Davenport Neck peninsula, WatermarkPointe includes nine four-story buildings of condominium residences with panoramic water views and private beachfront access.

New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson said the city looks forward to strengthening its partnership with the developer.

According to information from the city, this premier waterfront development complements projects both underway and proposed throughout New Rochelle.

WatermarkPointe residences are selling out in record time, with 25 units in the first phase already sold, the developer said. The second phase has been accelerated to come onto the market this winter.
