Update: Shots Fired Outside of New Rochelle Daycare Center, Man Arrested
The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon.
Updated at 2:38 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015: One man was arrested and another remains at-large as two people in separate cars fired shots at one another in front of the New Rochelle Daycare Nursery, reports News 12.
No injuries were reported at the scene on Clinton Avenue.
Police said one of the suspects in the 1 p.m. shooting was apprehended a short time later in Yonkers.
