Poughkeepsie Man Celebrating Birthday Shot in Leg
He was standing outside a club when he was hit by the bullet.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A city man who was celebrating his birthday was shot in the leg Sunday.
Police said the man was outside Club Ciboney talking to people when a single shot struck him, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
