Practicing Without License, Prostitution Accusations In Yorktown
Police said the woman did not have the proper credentials to work in the spa.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Queens woman was arrested after being accused of prostitution at a local spa. Yorktown police said Yuexiang Guo, 56, of Flushing, was charged with unauthorized practice of profession, a felony under the Education Law, and prostitution, a misdemeanor.
Police said the arrest was made following an ongoing investigation conducted by the Yorktown Police Department with the assistance of the Westchester County Police Department at the Jefferson Valley Spa, located at 3505 Hill Boulevard in Yorktown Heights.
Detectives and officers from both departments said, on March 31, Guo was unauthorized to practice the profession listed under the business license.

Also, police said she agreed to engage in sexual conduct with another person for a fee.
Guo was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department.

She was arraigned in the Yorktown Justice Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear in the Yorktown Justice Court April 9.
