Preliminary Hearing Set For New Rochelle Comprehensive Plan Changes
It will be an opportunity for the public to offer its opinion on the draft document.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY - A preliminary public hearing on the City of New Rochelle’s comprehensive plan will be March 21.
Officials said this is an opportunity to help guide the final development of plan recommendations, zoning changes and future land use changes.

The hearing will be held Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m. Sing-in begins at 6:45 p.m.
