Pursuit Of Suspects Wanted By The FBI Ends With Crash: NRPD
Breaking: One person was hurt when suspects sought by the feds collided with another car while attempting to flee police in New Rochelle.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A car chase of suspects wanted by federal law enforcement came to an abrupt end Wednesday afternoon when the suspects' car crashed into another vehicle, according to New Rochelle police.
Wednesday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m., the Westchester County Police Real Time Crime Center alerted the New Rochelle Police Department that a vehicle being driven by suspects wanted by the FBI was driving through New Rochelle, near North Avenue and Huguenot Street. Police spotted the fugitives' car and attempted to pull them over.
Rather than stopping, however, the suspects tried to outrun the police, according to officials.

A short chase followed, but the car soon crashed into another vehicle on Webster Avenue, under the Metro-North tracks. The 4 occupants of the car were arrested and held for the FBI, according to police officials.
The driver of the vehicle that was hit was injured and sought treatment at the hospital. There is no word yet on how seriously the motorist was injured.

Authorities did not say why the suspects were being sought by the FBI.
