Registration Open For New Rochelle's 'City Hall-oween'
The event is for children age 3 to 7 years old and is first-come, first-served.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle children are invited to a special Halloween event. "City Hall-oween" will take place Saturday, Oct. 24 in the City Hall parking lot.
The first-come, first-served event is for kids 3 to 7 years old.
Presented by the Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, City Hall-oween will be a spooky guided tour of a Halloween village.

The registration deadline is Oct. 20. Families up to five members, with no more than two adults, can sign up for one of two time slots: 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. or 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
