Ridgewood Savings Bank Introduces Tech Specialists Throughout Branch Network

Ridgewood Savings Bank has announced that 35 in-branch Tech Specialists now will be available to educate customers, staff, and the community on the bank’s portfolio of Digital Banking Products & Services—while they also acquire input to drive future innovations.

“As a community-centered bank, we are dedicated to helping people understand and expand their use of digital banking and the efficiencies to gain from these options. This on-site resource has been created as we begin to prepare for the future banking experience,” said Walter J. Reese, senior vice president of retail banking, Ridgewood Savings Bank.

The Tech Specialists will provide one-on-one demos and workshops, assist customers in signing up for mobile and online services, and troubleshoot any issues. Through direct contact with customers, they will gain valuable feedback to enhance current and future tech-based offerings.

Ridgewood Savings Bank’s Digital Banking Products & Services include:

• Free checking with online banking, Bill Pay, eStatements, and funds transfer;
• FinanceWorks financial management tool; and
• Mobile banking with iPhone, iPad and Android Apps, mobile check deposit, and text alerts.
