The chain, headquartered in Morristown, is hoping you'll fall for their new pumpkin spice slice. Would you try this?
MORRISTOWN, NJ — It started with lattes, then spilled on over into just about, well, everything. It's hard to walk around a grocery store or into a restaurant this season without seeing pumpkin spice versions of your favorite foods, but pizza has generally been free from the trendy flavoring.

Morristown, New Jersey-based Villa Pizza, a popular national pizza chain, is introducing pumpkin spice pizza for one day only on Friday, Sept. 22, to celebrate the first day of fall.

The pizza has pumpkin pie filling, traditional pumpkin pie spices, and mozzarella. No word on if it pairs better with a pumpkin spice latte or just a regular soda. "Pumpkin Spice is undeniably the most popular flavor of fall. As such, we wanted to slice up our piece of the pie," a Villa Italian Kitchen spokesperson told Vice. "We thought, what could be better than combining the popularity of Pumpkin Spice with pizza?"
