Scattered Thunderstorms Likely Thursday In Southern Westchester

Southern Westchester County can likely expect another round of scattered thunderstorms Thursday. To that end, the National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the southern part of Westchester. Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are expected from late afternoon Thursday into tonight.

Looking into Friday, the NWS said a low pressure passing just south late Friday night into Saturday will likely produce heavy rain capable of causing flooding.
