NEW ROCHELLE, NY - A New Rochelle restaurant was closed Tuesday by the county health department.
Kennedy Fried Chicken on North Avenue was shuttered by health officials who allegedly found sewage in the basement of the establishment, according to a report on FIOS1News.com.
