“This year all of our showcase homes have one important aspect in common - homeowners who possess an extraordinary vision of what their homes could be after renovation,” said Berdie Stein, co-chair, New Rochelle House Tour 2015. “Using creativity and resourcefulness, these five homes exemplify today’s lifestyle while retaining the architectural integrity of their origins.

A highlight of the 2015 tour is a completely renovated turn-of-the- 20th century Sutton Manor Arts and Crafts treasure. Designed by a Hollywood architect, the house retains its original leaded windows, floorings, moldings, fixtures and hardware, merged beautifully with 21st century enhancements. Reconstructed walkways in the original moderne style frame grass plateaus and a patio that faces the Long Island Sound.
