The Symphony of Westchester presents All-Brahms Concert

Violinist Kristin Lee and cellist Sophie Shao will join the Symphony of Westchester for an all-Brahms program on Sat., May 2 at 8:00 p.m. at Iona College’s Christopher J. Murphy Auditorium in New Rochelle.

The soloists will perform Double Concerto for Violin and Cello, op. 102 in A minor. Both Lee and Shao are multiple prize winners and have appeared as soloists with orchestras throughout the United States and abroad.

Also on the Symphony’s program are Academic Festival Overture, op. 80 and Symphony no. 2, op. 73 in D Major.

Christopher J. Murphy Auditorium is at 715 North Ave., New Rochelle. Ticket prices are $50 general admission, $35 seniors (65+) and $15 students.
