An example, the magazine said, was an exclusive chain-wide drink called Kenny’s Cooler, inspired by country music star Kenny Chesney.

The new beverage was described on the Texas Roadhouse website as containing Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum and DeKuyper Peach Schnapps mixed with Minute Maid Lemonade, Monin Blue Curacao and the chain’s signature sweet and sour mix.

Restaurant Business, however, singled out the Hurricane Margarita: Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, grenadine, orange and pineapple juices blended with the chain’s Original margarita.

According to its website, Restaurant Business tracks trends in the food-service industry.
